I have been a CPT certified personal trainer for 20 yrs. now. My business is called "Partners In Fitness" I have clients of all ages that I train here in NJ. I LOVE my clients and have a few that I have been training for several years now! Two of my girls have gone as far as competing and my others find that just working out and being more fit is what they want to do. I cater to all aspects of fitness goals. Right now most of my clients want to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle.

My best advice to to stay consistent and eat right, do your cardio and lift weights at least 3 days a week. You need a good workout plan to attain your goals first of all. Seeking the advice of a Good personal trainer is your BEST bet. Make sure that you interview that trainer first. There are good ones and bad ones out there. You have to like and respect and trust your trainer First of all!. Good luck. Now go get em'!
