Most of the time yes, but its fine with me, I like being
different.

yes, but most of the time they just say, How do your muscles
feel? And

Do you ever arm wrestle?

No..never, I don't want to risk breaking my arm...or: somebody
else's!

long did you workout before you did your 1st contest?

I
worked out for about 8 months seriously before I set
my sites on competing.

long do you diet for a show?

It
depends on how Fat I get LOL! No, really I take it slow
and diet strict for 12 to 16 weeks.
